I purchased it off of a '78 Rockwell Commander 114B. While sitting in the hangar an F1 tornado came through and part of the hangar roof fell on the back of the aircraft doing extensive damage to the tail section. The rest of the airplane was not hurt but the owner gave up on the project and I wanted the engine for an experimental I am building but don't need the propeller.
