History.
The original G-CGCV Xair Hawk 912, was first permitted 24/12/09. Sadly extensively smoke damaged on 23/05/10 in a hangar fire. G-CV was rebuilt by The Wessex Light Aeroplane Company Ltd using a new short wing kit. The engine was stripped, checked and rebuilt by Eccleston Aviation, as part of the rebuild process. The rebuild was completed and a permit to fly granted on 17/08/11.
Engine 50 hours. Airframe 44 hours since rebuild and part of the total hours above.
This aircraft is in very good condition, and you can see it flying from my farm strip in Aberdeenshire on You Tube.
