Due to commitments we have decided to sell our KIS! Built By Ray Clegg it is very nicely done and has a few mods which enhance its performance. It has a Continental IO-240-B1B engine 271 hrs.
Prop is now a fixed pitch Hercules which is giving us amazing results!! Take off roll is very similar to the MT but cruise is 16 lph at 120kts and this is at a very leisurely 2050rpm (Thanks Rupert for all your help) and a duration of 3 and 1/2 hours plus 45mins reserve. The prop. change has freed up 27lbs extra usable load.
Airframe 290hrs.
The panel is very well populated and has a transponder (mode C) along with a SkyMap3c

I have been asked about the space in the cockpit for tall people! I am 5foot 7inches and require a cushion to move me forward to reach peddles also I have sufficient head room.There is a fitted mod to bring the peddles back about 1.5 to 2".
