Looking for group members interested in forming a group to purchase and operate a single for touring based in Shoreham or Goodwood.
This is a good time to buy an aircraft, prices are comparatively low. It is certainly possible to buy a good mid spec single (Archer, Arrow, TB10, C172XP, BE23/24 etc) for less than £40k. For example a TB10 with highish time engine for £25k, Arrow with mid time engine £34k on Planecheck right now.
Probably about £100/month and £30/hour dry based on typical operating costs from other groups, maybe a little higher, for 6 people.
