Want to fly a traditional three axis microlight but can only find schools using mini versions of light aircraft? You can learn in our Thruster and be prepared for more affordable flying. You can also learn in our simulator for more affordable learning.
We fly in Essex, which has some of the best flying weather in the country and we specialise in training on fixed-wing microlights using the popular Thruster series of aircraft. Our training flight are from the historic aerodrome at North Weald, easily accessible from the M25 and the M11. We have the use of a short grass runway and a very long all weather one.
Unlike some schools, we fly throughout the year whenever weather permits... and even if it doesn't permit we can still use our full size flight simulator: see it in operation at http://tinyurl.com/sxml-simvid1 .
